Rapid development around Bloomfield Ecstacy, Tellapur


Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority's Financial District Phase 2, a 273 acre venture, is coming up adjacent to Bloomfield Ecstasy project (elevation picture above).

It is a known news that an association of Tishman Speyer and ICICI, have been selected by the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority - HUDA to develop India's largest integrated township on a 127-acre site in Tellapur, Hyderabad, India,. This project lies within the proximity of Bloomfield Ecstacy being developed by us. This venture was christened Tellapur Technocity.

The project is, by far, the first public private partnership of its size for township development in India, and is expected to be magnanimous than Hitec city. The project, when completed, will provide residence to 30,000 people and office space that will generate over 35,000 jobs.

    Thanks for sharing the information.Interesting article.Hyderabad has soon formed into a city whose land area is procuring extraordinary advantages. The fast infrastructural improvements and various amusement arcades are pushing Hyderabad into turning into the ideal spot for the cosmopolitan group to live in. In the coming years Hyderabad city turns to a well developed city, with beautiful villas in gachibowli.
